Nous avons fait sa connaissance suite \u00e0 l&#39;\u00e9quipement de sa salle de yoga avec nos<strong> chauffages infrarouges longs de Vitramo<\/strong>. Renaud que nous ne connaissions pas de m&ecirc;me que le yoga, nous a invit\u00e9 \u00e0 voir sa salle de yoga et au festival du yoga en octobre 2018<\/p><br \/>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Nous tenons \u00e0 le remercier et publions ici des articles repris de son Journal du Yoga, un mensuel ind\u00e9pendant.&nbsp;<\/p><br \/>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>Le Journal du Yoga<\/b><b>&nbsp;(JdY)&nbsp; :&nbsp; Pourquoi pratiquer les pranayamas ? Pranayama soit la technique de la respiration&nbsp;<\/b><\/p><br \/>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>Sudhir Tiwari<\/b>&nbsp; <strong>(S.T.)<\/strong> : ce sont des techniques qui permettent de d\u00e9passer la respiration r\u00e9flexe, par le contr&ocirc;le du nez, du pharynx, du larynx, de la trach\u00e9e, des bronches et bien s&ucirc;r des poumons. Les Rishis* expliquent que nous sommes vivants gr\u00e2ce au prana, d\u00e9fini comme l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie vitale du corps mais \u00e9galement comme l&rsquo;acte de respirer, notions intrins\u00e8quement m&ecirc;l\u00e9es.<\/p><br \/>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es de pratique nous a montr\u00e9 que contr&ocirc;ler la respiration par le pranayama permet d&rsquo;agir sur l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, donc sur l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 du corps, mais aussi sur l&rsquo;intellect. \u00e0 terme cela permet \u00e9galement de ma&icirc;triser les flux \u00e9motionnels !<\/p><br \/>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Dans le chapitre final de son livre, Swami Kuvalayananda* explique comment les exercices de pranayama vont influencer quotidiennement les diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes du corps : nerveux, endocrinien, circulatoire et digestif.<\/p><br \/>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>JdY<\/b><b>&nbsp;Comment organisez-vous la pratique&nbsp;quotidienne entre pranayma et postures ?<\/b><\/p><br \/>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>S.T.<\/b>&nbsp; \u00e0 Kaivalyadhama, nous enseignons aussi les pr\u00e9curseurs du pranayama que sont les kryas.&nbsp; En nettoyant les canaux d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, les impuret\u00e9s des muqueuses nasales et autres, ces techniques de nettoyage pr\u00e9parent le corps aux exercices respiratoires. Nous pr\u00e9conisons la pratique conjointe des kryas et pranayamas avant le lever du soleil. Les postures seront pour un autre moment. Quoi qu&rsquo;il en soit, il ne s&rsquo;agit pas de se stresser et donc de vouloir \u00e0 tout prix maintenir une s\u00e9quence quotidienne. La pratique doit s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 chacun et non l&rsquo;inverse !<\/p><br \/>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>JdY<\/b><b>&nbsp;Comment obtient-on la ma&icirc;trise de la&nbsp;respiration ?<\/b><\/p><br \/>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>S.T.<\/b>&nbsp;Tr\u00e8s progressivement, en comptant, selon un ratio tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis. Pour commencer, vous apprenez \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer le rythme entre un inspire et un expire deux fois plus long. Quand cette \u00e9tape est bien acquise, la deuxi\u00e8me compte un temps pour l&rsquo;inspire, un temps pour la r\u00e9tention et deux temps pour l&rsquo;expire : 1.1.2. Enfin le troisi\u00e8me niveau 1.2.2. va allonger la r\u00e9tention \u00e0 un temps \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 celui de l&rsquo;expire.<\/p><br \/>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>JdY<\/b><b>&nbsp;&nbsp; Comment d\u00e9terminez-vous le passage&nbsp;\u00e0 la r\u00e9tention ?<\/b><\/p><br \/>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>S.T.<\/b>&nbsp;Avant de faire des pauses il faut que les rythmes de l&rsquo;inspiration et de l&rsquo;expiration soient coh\u00e9rents et bien contr&ocirc;l\u00e9s sur 8 secondes et 16 secondes. Alors nous proposons d&rsquo;introduire la r\u00e9tention \u00e0 plein. Et nous observons la fa&ccedil;on dont l&rsquo;\u00e9tudiant r\u00e9agit, en prenant entre autres son pouls. On ne doit pas se sentir fatigu\u00e9. On ne doit pas courir apr\u00e8s &laquo;notre&raquo; respiration. Sinon le corps&nbsp; prendra de fa&ccedil;on r\u00e9flexe le dessus au risque d&rsquo;avoir des migraines. Nous incitons fortement les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 suivre les \u00e9tapes et \u00e0 &ecirc;tre accompagn\u00e9 !<\/p><br \/>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>JdY&nbsp;<\/b><b>Pourquoi tant de pr\u00e9cautions ?<\/b><\/p><br \/>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>S.T.<\/b>&nbsp; Pendant le temps de la r\u00e9tention, l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne est converti en dioxyde de carbone. Le pranayama qui notamment augmente le pourcentage de CO2 dans le sang vous permet de ma&icirc;triser ce processus. Il agit sur la dilatation des vaisseaux sanguins, donc sur la vascularisation du corps et la d\u00e9tente. Mais c&rsquo;est un gaz dangereux qui, au del\u00e0 de 7% dans le sang, provoque l&rsquo;asphyxie. Les \u00e9tudes physiologiques que nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 Kaivalyadhama nous ont permis de d\u00e9terminer un ratio maximum pour la r\u00e9tention de quatre fois le temps de l&rsquo;inspiration (1.4.4).&nbsp;<\/p><br \/>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>JdY<\/b><b>&nbsp;En quoi cette pratique est-elle th\u00e9rapeutique ?<\/b><\/p><br \/>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>S.T.<\/b>&nbsp;C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;essence m&ecirc;me du pranayama que d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre th\u00e9rapeutique. Pour vous l&rsquo;expliquer, il faut \u00e9galement parler de l&rsquo;\u00e2yurveda, la science s&oelig;ur du Yoga. Son objet est la constitution physiologique et les \u00e9changes internes du corps : vatta, pitta et kapha. Par la prise des pouls, on examine comment les diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes du corps sont \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s. Les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres induisent des troubles physiologiques et mentaux, d\u00e9pression, stress, troubles alimentaires etc. Les pratiques de pranayama r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrent les doshas*. Si votre kapha est trop peu actif, par exemple, faites des kap\u00e2labh\u00e2tis* si c&rsquo;est le vatta qui est concern\u00e9 on conseille plut&ocirc;t le suryabhedana* pour un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de pitta, sh&icirc;tal&icirc;*.<\/p><br \/>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Mais prenons un exemple plus concret de l&rsquo;effet du pranayama. Un fumeur aime deux choses dans la cigarette la nicotine mais aussi le passage de la fum\u00e9e dans la bouche.
